We bought a pair for my daughter at a local surf shop. They broke so I went looking for new ones and found out they had a warranty on their shoes. After a quick online form and some time for processing, they gave us a credit to replace her broken ones. The flip flops are cute, sturdy, and well worth it from a company that backs their products. I ordered a pair of sandals for my daughter's birthday.  She loves them so much and wanted another pair in another color.  I ordered pair for myself and they are the best flip flops I've ever worn.  It's like walking on a cloud.  The shipping was fast and the customer service is great.
